vsn opens a new branch in Dubai (Feb. 2007)

Just Edit, manufacturer of the vsn product and leading company in broadcasting automation solutions market, opens a new commercial office in Dubai – UAE. This is just another step in its international expansion strategy plan started 4 years ago when some projects in South America and Europe were developed. Recent rising interest in vsn products from some broadcasters within this area also justifies the decision. This, along with its recent new offices in the UK and France , represents Just Edit's commitment to international growth. The foreign market research, evaluation and subsequent incursion have generated success, relevant references and experience in foreign markets. This fuels the ambition to reach new challenging and dynamic markets like Middle East .

Two objectives have been set by the management team in Barcelona for the new office; on the one hand, consolidating the new distribution network based on dealers and local integrators as well as giving technical and commercial support to them, and on the other hand, improving the level of customer support in countries with current clients like Egypt, Iraq, UAE, and Pakistan...

Víctor Suñol , who has been participating intensively in the world-wide international expansion as International Sales Manager in vsn during the last two years, will coordinate and lead the strategy to achieve the short and the mid-term objectives. He will be backed up in this purpose by Fernando Carrasco, Sales Engineer with experience in this market. It is projected to add some local technical personnel to the new office staff.

vsn Middle East will be in charge of developing Saudi Arabia , Bahrain , UAE, Egypt , Iran , Kuwait , Lebanon , Pakistan , Qatar , Syria , and Yemen markets. The inauguration of the office will coincide with the attendance, as third consecutive time, to the international exhibition Cabsat 2007 , which will be held in Dubai from March 6 th to 8 th .

The company will highlight locally the new marketing campaign ‘OneStop Tapeless Automation'. This emphasizes the new solution approach as the most open full-automation solution (free of integration shortcoming) in the market capable of managing all the internal processes of TV stations and broadcasters.
