Canal 4 Monte Carlo Televisión is a TV channel from Uruguay, the country's oldest after Saeta TV Canal 10. For years, their slogan was "El Gran Canal" (English: "The Great Channel"). Originally, they used to own the antenna located on top of the well-known Palacio Salvo building.
