ADTEL acquires NRD Multimedia

The engineering and telecommunications company ADTEL, specializing in radio communications systems, radio broadcasting, TV broadcasting, DTT and advanced Wi-Fi and Wimax systems, has purchased the shares of NRD Multimedia, the audiovisual solutions integration company formerly part of the VSN group.

The two companies, with a long history in the market, had a well-consolidated position in their respective activity sectors. With this new purchase, the new conglomerate expects to expand and complete their services portfolio by guaranteeing global solutions to their clients both from the audiovisual sector but also from other fields as well as providing the new solutions needed by the technological integration of the audiovisual and telecommunications areas.

The strategic agreement between the groups ADTEL-NRD and VSN (Video Stream Networks), the Catalan company of the automation and digitization software manufacturing group, is also maintained with the goal of boosting the distribution and implementation of the VSN products as well as the ADTEL-NRD systems and solutions both in the national and international markets.
