VSN attended CABSAT 2010
For the fourth consecutive year, the Spanish company met the sector representatives at one of the reference events in the Middle East.

Video Stream Networks was present as an exhibitor in the 2010 edition of the CABSAT trade show that took place last March 2-4.
"The outcome this year was very beneficial to us. We barely stopped seeing broadcast professionals and we've met our clients in the region. The United Arab Emirates are fully committed with the use and development of new technologies and continues to be a hub for broadcast professionals in the Middle East. For VSN it is really important to make known our digitization and automation philosophy for broadcasters, all from a single manufacturer", said Fernando Carrasco, Operations Engineer and Manager of the VSN branch in Dubai.
The company organised several demonstrations of their products for potential clients and reached an agreement to develop a training program in Syria aimed at several Arab broadcasters by the end of 2010. They are also considering other possible projects in Iran and Egypt that came out of this trade show.
CABSAT MENA has become one of the most important industrial venues in the Middle East increasing the exhibition area and the number of exhibitors every year. This year the show featured 2.000 square meters and 34 companies more than last year's edition.
The Middle East is an strategic region for the broadcast sector due to the high number of broadcasters currently facing full digitization projects for the first time. VSN has been consolidating their local network of dealers and integrators in the region since 2007 and continues to give them sales and technical support in situ.
