vsncg - Overview

VSNCG is VSN's titling module. It can be operated manually (standard CG), as an automatic graphics server controlled from the rundown; or both ways simultaneously.

It's a fast, easy-to-use Character Generator for reliable On-Air operation. When used along with VSNNEWS, journalists can easily introduce titles from their PCs using predefined templates.

VSNCG allows basic titling along with 3D animated logos, including fade and wipe effects and 2D moves. VSNCG supports Unicode characters and is compatible with more than 800 languages such as Arabic, Asian, Russian and Greek, among others.

VSNCG latest versions now feature many new templates for sports, analog/digital clocks, 3D effects, animation import and a template editor.

VSNCG can be enhanced with an external module (VSNDATA COLLECTOR) able to create tickers, sports templates, contests, sms tv, votes, etc. through importing external data feeds, XML, RSS, etc. It is now much faster and more powerful (unlimited real-time layers).
