vsnwires - Overview

vsnwires is vsn’s NRCS module for wires reception. It’s integrated with the digital newsroom solution vsnnews through a single easy-to-use GUI. vsnwires is integrated in the news solution and allows vsnnews journalists receive classified news wires from the different agencies in real time and edit them right away.

vsnwires server accepts most content providers’ wires in a centralized way. The client software, installed on the journalists’ terminals, gets the contents organized by agency and category. In case of breaking news, the system shows a visual alarm for checking purposes. It’s compatible with providers such as Reuters, EFE, APTN, Atlas, among others
