RMA request conditions:

1.- This form must be completed in full. It will have to be accompanied by a photocopy of the INVOICE or DELIVERY DOCUMENT of your purchase, along with the serial numbers of products to repair, so that the repair of the material is carried out. Remember that the lack of data generates delays in the awarding of the RMA number.

2. - Please, DO NOT WRITE ON the OFFICIAL BOX Of the MANUFACTURER, use the SHIPMENT LABEL.

3. - The SHIPMENT LABEL will be well visible in the packing and the RMA number assigned will appear on it. Inside the package, a photocopy of the RMA request will be included. We request you to provide a suitable package.

4. - The freight costs are always in charge of the client. JustEdit S.L. will ship , the new material free of charge provided that there was a real defect on the returned item.

5. - Please, don't send the material without obtaining the pertinent RMA number.

6. - video stream networks S.L. is not responsible for the loss of user manuals, accessories, , etc.

7. - video stream networks S.L., reserves the right to change any of the specifications above.

8. - video stream networks S.L.., reserves the right to reject the shipment if any of the required fields is not fulfilled properly.
