Television Broadcasts Limited (TVB) es la primera estación de televisión comercial de Hong Kong. Actualmente opera con 5 canales de televisión y entre sus dos principales transmiten más de 17.000 horas de programación anuales, alcanzando una audiencia superior al 81%. Además, es una de las mayores productoras en chino del mundo, por lo que produce programas que se doblan a otros idiomas y se distribuyen a más de 40 países, con un acceso potencial a más de 300 millones de hogares. El proyecto de VSN para TVB buscaba, precisamente, mejorar la eficiencia del canal en el proceso de ingesta, control de calidad, transcodificación y envío al cliente.
