Video Marketing Manager

At VSN's Marketing team we are looking for a Video Marketing Manager located in Barcelona to collaborate with us in the implementation of the company's Marketing and Communication policy based on our strategic objectives. The main duties of this position is to record and edit videos and manage the company’s social media networks. The Video Marketing Manager will also collaborate in digital marketing and customer satisfaction tasks, among others, helping us promote the company's activity and increase its brand awareness in international markets.

Academic Background

Audiovisual Communication, Multimedia and Digital Arts. Higher Technician in Production of Audiovisual Projects and Shows. Formal education related to video editing.

Work experience

Previous training in the Broadcast & Media industry is not required, although it would be a plus, as well as previous experience in a similar position.

Specific skills

Video and audio editing, 2D animation, social media, performance analysis (Google Analytics), basic principles of digital marketing (SEO, SEM), Inbound Marketing. Basic knowledge of graphic design is valuable.

Management of specific tools: Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Google Drive, CRM/Marketing CRM, CMS (WordPress) and Google Analytics. Basic knowledge of Illustrator and Lightroom are valuable.

Languages

Demonstrable proficiency in English (B2/C1) and Spanish (C1/C2), as all our content is published in both languages. Second language is a plus.

Main responsibilities

– Plan, record, edit and publish technical/commercial explainer videos at VSN such as product releases, corporate videos, trade show promotional videos, webinars, video content for the company’s website and social media networks, etc.

– Create and develop new ideas regarding the optimization of VSN’s graphic resources (intros, covers, web). 

– Make modifications, revisions and editions of VSN’s product videos, according to the needs and technical requirements of the Product Manager.

– Manage VSN’s social networks and corporate website through the publication of the company’s activity and monitor social media analytics. 

– Collaborate in the definition and creation of digital advertising campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Ads and other specialized digital media, under the supervision of the Head of Marketing.

– Review the company’s website and audiovisual content, updating and making improvements according to the company’s different internal needs. Suggest improvements and new ideas to be introduced based on the performance of this content. 

– Collaborate in the creation of company’s content, such as graphic materials, case studies or webinars.

– Contribute in basic digital marketing tasks for the diffusion of VSN’s activity and in the management and monitoring of VSN’s Customer Satisfaction.

– Collaboration in the implementation of the new brand image and branding of the company, under the supervision of the Graphic Designer. 

– Achieve the traffic and lead generation goals set at team level.

EMEA Sales Manager

We are looking to recruit a Telecommunications or IT Engineer with experience in the Broadcast and Media industry focused on leading the business development for VSN in the EMEA region by raising brand and solutions awareness, focusing on increasing the sales volume and accomplishing VSN’s strategic milestones. The position requires a committed professional with demonstrable experience in the industry and would join a dynamic team, integrating into a stimulating work environment, sharing the company's values and willing to contribute with their creativity and knowledge to the team. This is a Barcelona-based or remote job.

Academic Background

Advanced degree in Telecommunications or Computer Science.

Professional experience

At least three years of demonstrable experience as a Sales Manager within the Broadcast and Media Industry.

Technical knowledge

Technical undestanding of VSN’s range of products and solutions and how they can fit into a wider technical proposal.

Specific expertise

– IT knowledge of the industry (electronics, audiovisual and communication systems)

– Demonstrable experience in Salesforce or similar CRM tools.

– Knowledge of Office suite, Google suite and equivalent platforms

Communications skills

Good direct communication skills with clients at all organizational levels, with the ability to offer high-level technical advice.

Commercial skills

Skills to prepare technical project documentation and proposals, as well as commercial presentations.
