Project Highlights
Barça TV is a TV channel completely devoted to the Barcelona Football Club. After more than 15 years of broadcasting operations, it decided to undertake a complete renovation of its installations. For carrying out the whole project, Barça TV has trusted once again in VSN, which had already provided
the channel with a complete tapeless production system in 2011.

VSNMulticom
The central core of the system comprised a VSNMulticom MCR for managing the playout server, requesting the media files
that needed to be broadcast to a MAM solution, controlling the whole broadcast and managing the archive systems.
VSNCrea
VSNCrea was chosen for managing the whole TV’s programming scheduling. It was a key part for maximizing the channel’s efficiency and optimization of its resources. Furthermore, both systems were integrated with EVS and Viz Ardome, so as to fully automate the media movement.
