RPP TV (Peru) - information

RPP is the most listened radio station in Peru. Its content is largely dominated by news and political discussion, but also includes entertainment and sports. In 2010 took a new step in its television experience with RPP TV, a new News channel in high definition. VSN's technology has been chosen for the technical deployment of a complete HD turnkey installation, integrated in the channel, and to be delivered by the Telvicom Company.

The project comprises a complete news production system VSNNEWS with 5 news writing and 5 news editing workstations, teleprompter, high definition graphics and an HD 2-channel studio playout. The installation integrates with 2 Brainstorm virtual studio sets and includes a compliance recording system VSNLEGALREC and a storage system VSNSTORAGE. The channel also acquired a 6-channel (2 HD/4 SD) scheduled ingest system VSNAUTOREC and master control based on 2 video servers VSNMATIC HD.
