VSN’s Marketing Director has been elected as the new member of the International Association of Broadcasting Manufacturers’ Board. This Council, started its activity in September 2017 with representatives of companies based in nine European countries.
IABM international association which kicked off its EMEA Members’ Council in 2017, will have Patricia Corral as the VSN representative. Patricia Corral, Marketing Director at VSN, will actively participate in this Council that, following the example of previous years, aiming to give a greater prominence to all the European members of the Broadcast and Media & Entertainment industry that it represents.
Established in 1976, the IABM is controlled through a Members’ Board which has elected and appointed Directors. The Board is elected every two years and is responsible for the overall operation of the IABM. It also sets, reviews and changes as necessary the policies of the association, which are then implemented by the IABM Team.
With the executive Patricia Corral as a member of the Board, VSN will keep being an active decision-maker of the most important international association in the whole sector, as well as keep supporting the development and presence of IABM in the Spanish market.

Alongside VSN, other influential companies also represented on this board are Brainstorm, Videomenthe, Anevia, Dan Technologies, THEOplayer, Tedial, Skyline Communications, Hexaglobe and Video Progetti to ensure the widest possible representation of all European members. Looking ahead, IABM plans to further strengthen its presence in Europe through the creation of more subsidiary local councils.
