VSN at IBC 2018: New MAM with AI and HTML5 Traffic & Scheduling system

Nick Morgan explained in an interview at IBC 2018 trade show the latest developments of the company showcased during the event. The stars of the show were VSNCrea, the new HTML5 version of VSN traffic & scheduling system, VSNExplorer MAM with AI and its Plugin for NRCS, a new MOS Media Bus 100% developed in HTML5.

With more than 57,000 visitors and 1,700 exhibitors in 2018, IBC is one of the greatest shows in the Broadcast and Media industry. That is the reason why it welcomes visitors not only from Europe but from all around the world every year. Nick Morgan, VSN Sales Director for APAC, explains in an interview with InBroadcast which are the solutions the most acclaimed and demanded by visitors coming from this region. “We are showing new developments from our MAM, like our HTML5 MOS Media Bus [VSNExplorer Plugin], with which you can actually see our MAM system directly from your NRCS interface,” says Nick Morgan. “You can actually search and find media, create content and send it to playout directly from your [NRCS] interface.” Apart from VSN solutions for News Production and other innovations, such as the new HTML5 version of the traffic and scheduling solution VSNCrea or VSNExplorer MAM new AI capabilities, Morgan stressed the great success of other solutions within VSN portfolio, such as VSNOneTV, the channel-in-a-box solution.
